Heatwave started where most good ideas do, from a real problem.
As part of our Capstone Project at the National College of Ireland, the three of us, Órla, Aoibheann, and Ella, were tasked with building an innovative product from the ground up. It was our teammate Aoibheann's love of saunas (and her frustration with sweaty shared surfaces) that sparked the idea.
From that one pain point, Heatwave was born. Our sauna towel is designed for anyone who takes their wellness routine seriously, Lightweight, quick-dry, and built for the heat.
With the end of our time in college nearing closer and closer, we look forward to seeing where else Heatwave takes us in the future.
